Mr. Swiel earned his LLB from Tel Aviv University and an LLM from the University of Pennsylvania. He has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1999 and the New York Bar Association since 2000.

 

As a partner in the law office of Y. Berenholtz-Horovitz & Co., he specializes in civil-commercial law and specifically corporate contracts, fund-raising and venture capital. He works actively with start-up companies from the start-up stage to the full scope of legal agreements and consultation required of ongoing organizations.
